We stayed 7 nights here, however it was a just perfect experience. It was absolutely perfect and incredible to everything in Funchal.

The private bathroom was a game-changer for me. It had everything I needed, including a shower that was easy for me to access. It made me feel so comfortable and at home during my stay. Loved it!

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the stovetop in the suite. I'm more of a microwave kind of person.

The location is unbeatable close enough to the historic centre of Funchal, a cafe, and a piano bar, and the rooms are fully-equipped. Extremely friendly staff knows how to make your stay PERFECT. The breakfast is simple, with orange juice and yummy local pastries, for instance. Try Snack-Bar o Barrilinho within 5 minutes walk for tea and goodies.

The location of Pier House in Funchal is ideal! With 20 restaurants within a 100m radius, it's perfect for finding dining options. the Pingu Doce supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away, making it convenient for self-catering supplies. Pickup for excursions was easy, and the unexpected breakfast basket with yogurt, pastries, and croissants was a nice touch.

Felt safe walking at night, no complaints.

I had an absolutely mind-blowing stay at a super cool hotel in a jaw-dropping location. The atmosphere was incredibly friendly and welcoming, thanks to the amazing team. The lady who ran the place went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. The breakfast was delicious, delivered right to my room in a cute basket. The room itself was modern, clean, and decorated beautifully. It had all the amenities I needed, including an electric kettle and a well-stocked mini bar. The staff made sure the room was kept spotless throughout my stay. To top it all off, there was a complimentary bottle of Madeira wine, fresh fruit, and chocolates waiting for me. Thank you, everyone, for an absolutely perfect stay! I'll definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family!

I recently stayed at a hotel in Funchal for a week. The location was perfect, right in the city center with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The room was spacious and modern, with a comfortable bed and great air conditioning. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and the hotel provided nice touches like a breakfast basket every morning and chocolates and wine upon arrival. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the wifi worked well. it was a great stay.

Check-in was inconvenient and the staff's attitude was unwelcoming. The noise from the construction site next to the hotel and the constant smell of cooking food from the neighboring restaurant were major drawbacks for me.

The nearest airport, Ronaldo International, was conveniently close. The continental breakfast was alright, but I wished it didn't include just pastry. At least the WiFi worked, so I could distract myself from the disappointment.

Oh, the joy of having to wait outside the hotel with my luggage for 20 minutes, because the staff couldn't bother to be there when I arrived. How delightful.
